with Susan de Guardiola

ANNOUNCING MARCH CLASSES
~ NOW ON SALE ~

LAST CHANCE!
101 Low-Impact Historical Footwork class
March 6th–27th ~ 4 SATURDAYS 1pm pst / 4pm est

If you have not yet attended our 101 level footwork series,
you will not want to miss this FINAL OPPORTUNITY!

Designed as an introduction to specific dance steps for Colonial and early Regency English Country Dances. This four-week series will cover basic steps to dance a country dance, Scotch reel, or French quadrille, including the rigadaun. This class is truly for beginners and folks who think, “I could never learn that!”... YES YOU CAN!

The classes move slowly with detailed instruction so you can fully understand and learn each step and ask questions along the way. The class is taught by Susan de Guardiola, dance historian and dance teacher, and we are delighted to announce Susan is available to teach the popular 101 Footwork series one last time. If you have been holding out, now is the time to find out what this is all about!
101 is open to all. Repeat students welcome!

102-B Low-Impact Historical Footwork class
March 6th–27th ~ 4 SATURDAYS 3pm pst / 6pm est

Footwork 102b is one of a cycle of three 102 classes covering more advanced step-sequences for the Colonial era and the Regency-era French quadrille and Scotch reel. Taking 101 plus the complete three-class cycle (102a/b/c) will cover all figures of the French quadrille! This is an advanced beginner class, a friendly and gently-paced introduction to footwork beyond the absolute basics.

PREREQUISITE: 101 or equivalent previous experience (permission of instructor). You do not need to have taken 102a.
NOTE: The material for this class is rearranged and reworked from the previous 102a/b/c cycle. With a tighter focus we will be able to go into greater depth in practicing sequences and fitting steps to figures. Repeat students welcome!
PAYMENT BUTTON IN SIDEBAR

(Only 25 spots available. Class always sell out.
